Installation and alteration permit fees.

Permit fees are based on the total cost of the conveyance or alteration and the labor to install or alter the conveyance. The following permit fees apply to the construction, alteration, or relocation of all conveyances except personnel and material hoists (see WAC 296-96-01025):

OVER $15,000 for alteration only*. . . .		$349.20
