Electioneering communications may constitute contributions and be subject to limit.
(1) Electioneering communications are contributions when they satisfy the definition of "contribution" in RCW 29B.10.160 or 29B.30.030.
(2) Contributions are subject to all applicable provisions of Titles 29B RCW and 390 WAC, including RCW 29B.40.020, 29B.40.030, and 29B.40.070.
