Savings clause.

Amendments to WAC 284-97-010 through 284-97-050 effective on or after July 26, 2009, do not affect any rights acquired or liabilities or obligations incurred under WAC 284-97-010 through 284-97-050 that existed prior to July 26, 2009, nor affects any proceedings instituted under those sections.
