If the department issues a certificate of need for adult elective PCI, it will be conditioned to require ongoing compliance with the certificate of need standards. A hospital granted a certificate of need must meet the program procedure volume standards within three years from the date of initiating the program. Failure to meet the standards shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of a hospital's certificate of need, or other appropriate licensing or certification actions.
