Scope.

Subpart C of this chapter establishes rules for abbreviated and specialized adjudicative proceedings, including brief adjudicative proceedings, emergency adjudicative proceedings, proceedings under the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and proceedings concerning the closure of highway-railroad grade crossings.
