Health support services.

Health support services are an optional service that the assisted living facility may provide. The assisted living facility may choose to provide any of the following health support services; however, an assisted living facility may or may not need to provide additional health support services to comply with the reasonable accommodation requirements in federal and state law. The assisted living facility may provide:
(1) Blood glucose testing;
(2) Puree diets;
(3) Calorie controlled diabetic diets;
(4) Dementia care;
(5) Mental health care; and
(6) Developmental disabilities care.
