(1) Employers must secure span beams to prevent accidental dislodgement.
(2) Employers must provide a safe means of access for employees working with house fall blocks.
(3) Employers must have designated employees inspect chains, links, shackles, swivels, blocks and other loose gear used in house fall operations before each day's use. Defective gear must not be used.
