What is the purpose of WAC 257-10-020 through 257-10-420?

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure compliance by the home care quality authority with the provisions of RCW 74.39A.250. The home care quality authority is authorized to adopt rules under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 34.05 RCW.
