Model ordinances created under RCW 70A.207.030—Certain actions not subject to the requirements of this chapter. (Effective until January 1, 2028.)

Amendments to regulations and other nonproject actions taken by a city or county to adopt or implement the model ordinance created by the department under RCW 70A.207.030 is not subject to the requirements of this chapter.

Amendments to regulations and other nonproject actions taken by a city or county to adopt or implement the model ordinance created by the department under RCW 70A.207.030 or by a county to adopt or implement the model ordinance created by the department of commerce under RCW 43.63A.772 are not subject to the requirements of this chapter.
