Means of egress for existing buildings.

1104.1 General. Means of egress in existing buildings shall comply with Section 1032 and 1104.2 through 1104.25.

EXCEPTION:

Means of egress conforming to the requirements of the building code under which they were constructed and Section 1032 shall not be required to comply with 1104.2 through 1104.22 and 1104.25.
