Interstate carrier fees.

A carrier operating under interstate authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or its successor agency must register with the commission and pay fees as required by the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) program or any successor program as required by the laws and rules of FMCSA.
