County road signing.

Pursuant to RCW 36.75.300, there is added to paragraph 01 of Section 2C.33 of the MUTCD, the following pertaining to signing of low volume county roads:
The PRIMITIVE ROAD (I7-701) sign may be used for gravel roads that are not part of the county primary road system and have an annual average daily traffic of less than 100 vehicles per day.
