Revise MUTCD Section 2B.21, Paragraph 13 to read:

Standard:

Speed Limit (R2-1) signs (see Figure 2B-3) shall display the speed limit established by statute; or, by an ordinance or regulation adopted by the authorized agency, based on the engineering study and traffic investigation required by RCW 46.61.405, 46.61.410, and 46.61.415. The speed limit shall be set in multiples of - 5 mph.
