Unforeseen costs.

The superintendent of public instruction shall not provide additional state funding assistance for unforeseen circumstances related to the construction project after the filing of construction contract(s) with the superintendent of public instruction except those required by change to the state building code as set forth in chapter 19.27 RCW.
