Public disclosure commission—Description of organization.

(1) The public disclosure commission is a five-member commission appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate. The commission is assisted by staff, who are managed by an executive director appointed by the commission.

(2) Electronic communications to the commission should be sent to pdc@pdc.wa.gov. The commission's website is located at https://www.pdc.wa.gov. Mailings to the commission should be addressed to: Public Disclosure Commission, P.O. Box 40908, Olympia, WA 98504-0908.
