What limitations apply to emergency services?

(1) Emergency services may be granted to individuals and families who are on the IFS waitlist and have an emergent need.

(2) Funds are provided for a limited period not to exceed ninety days.

(3) All requests are reviewed and approved or denied by the regional administrator or designee.
