Sale, transfer or other disposition of noncorporate licensee.
When does such a transfer require a new license? Upon the sale, transfer or other disposition of fifty-one percent ownership interest in a noncorporate licensee, a new application for the appropriate license is required and the fee will be the same as for an original application.
The special license plates issued to the original licensee(s) may be assigned to the new license upon request.
