Inspections on cranes and personnel platforms.
(1) A qualified person must inspect personnel platforms before use and at each new job site to make sure the requirements of WAC
296-155-548 through
296-155-55305 are met.
(2) A qualified person must inspect all items in Table 9 at least once each day, before use.
(3) You must correct any hazardous conditions before using the platform.
(4) As applicable, perform a frequent inspection on the crane/derrick in accordance with WAC
296-155-53405.
(5) You must make and keep dated inspection records for the crane and the personnel platform on file for the duration of the personnel lift operation.
