Dedicated pile drivers.

(1) The provisions of chapter 296-155 WAC, Part L, apply to dedicated pile drivers, except as specified in this section.

(2) WAC 296-155-53412 (4)(c) (Anti two-blocking device) does not apply.

(3) WAC 296-155-53412 (5)(d) (Load weighing and similar devices) applies only to dedicated pile drivers manufactured after the effective date of this section.
