Appeal procedures for master programs.

(1) For local governments planning under chapter 36.70A RCW, appeals shall be to the growth management hearings board as provided in RCW 36.70A.290 and 90.58.190.
(2) For local governments not planning under chapter 36.70A RCW, all petitions for review shall be filed with the state shorelines hearings board within thirty days of the date the department publishes notice of its final decision under RCW 90.58.090(8).
