A client who has elected to receive services from an individual provider will be notified of the result of a background check. When the result of a background check is "review required" the client, who is the managing employer of the individual provider, will be provided with a copy of the background check result and the Washington State record of arrests and prosecutions (RAP) sheets if requested by the client.
