Crisis diversion bed services—Treatment plan.

(1) Crisis diversion bed services providers must develop a crisis services treatment plan within forty-eight hours of the client's placement.

(2) The treatment plan must include:

(a) The supports and services that must be provided; and

(b) Client discharge goals.
