Wholesalers shall be subject to the provisions of any applicable federal, state, or local laws or rules that relate to prescription drug salvaging or reprocessing, including Chapter 21, Parts 207, 210, and 211k of the Code of Federal Regulations in effect as of January 1, 2026.
