(1) Limits on practice. The psychologist shall limit practice to the areas in which they are competent. Competency at a minimum must be based upon appropriate education, training, or experience.
(2) Referral. The psychologist shall refer to other health care resources, legal authorities, or social service agencies when such referral is in the best interest of the client.
