(1) If the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter and chapter 18.130 RCW, the department shall issue a nursing pool registration. The registration shall remain effective for a period of one year from date of issuance unless revoked or suspended pursuant to chapter 18.130 RCW, or voided pursuant to subsection (2) of this section.

(2) If the registered nursing pool is sold or ownership or management is transferred, the new owner or operator shall apply for a new registration.

(3) Each separate location of the business of a nursing pool shall have a separate registration.
