Continuing competency requirements—Reactivation from inactive status.
(1) All nurses applying for reactivation of an inactive license shall meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-100, 246-12-110, or 246-840-120.
(2) If a license has been inactive for more than one year, and the nurse has not held an active nursing license in any United States or Canadian jurisdiction, the nurse must complete 96 hours of active nursing practice and eight hours of continuing nursing education within one year of reactivation.
