Agency affiliated counselors licensed under chapter 18.19 RCW and this chapter who meet the conditions of RCW 18.205.105 (1)(e) are eligible to apply for a co-occurring disorder specialist enhancement to their existing credential according to the conditions of RCW 18.205.160 and chapter 246-804 WAC.
