Dispute concerning an installation requirement.

(1) If a dispute arises between any person, business, or local enforcement agency concerning an installation requirement of the Model Manufactured Home Installation Standards 24 C.F.R. Part 3285 or this chapter, the issue may be submitted to the factory assembled structures advisory (FAS) board.

(2) The board may provide an opinion on the requirement.
