Pursuant to RCW 29B.55.030 (1)(e), as part of the F-1, unless part of their duties as an elected official, state executive officer, or professional staff member of a governmental entity, if an official has prepared, provided, or opposed any legislation, rule, rate, or standard for compensation, the official must provide information regarding:
(1) Each person for whom such services have been provided and the subject area about which the reporting official has prepared, promoted or opposed legislation, rule, rate, or standard; and
(2) The current or deferred compensation received or promised for said service for each person.
