A person, exempt from registration under RCW 29B.50.010, who voluntarily registers as a lobbyist, shall not be required to file the reports required by RCW 29B.50.050.
The employer of any voluntarily registered lobbyist shall not be required to file the reports provided in RCW 29B.50.080.
