Who is a qualified provider of emergency services?

The provider of the service you need to meet your emergency must meet the provider qualifications required to contract for that specific service per the following:

(1) Respite per WAC 388-832-0155.

(2) Behavior management per WAC 388-832-0285.

(3) Nursing per WAC 388-845-1705.
