Make sure scaffolds are properly loaded.

(1) You must load scaffolds as specified in the:

(a) Manufacturer's instructions; or

(b) Design of the qualified person.

(2) You must make sure scaffolds and scaffold components do not exceed their maximum intended load or rated load, whichever is less.
