When are race dates required to be submitted for approval?

Racing associations must submit their proposed live race dates to the executive secretary by February 1st of each year. The commission will consider and determine whether to approve the dates at the next regularly scheduled commission meeting. The commission may extend, reduce or otherwise modify the race dates.
