Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 28A.410 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Add WAC for fundamental course of study in-person exemption and equivalency.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
