Who may appear before the agency—Notice of appearance.

(1) Any of the following may appear in a representative capacity before the agency:

(a) A bona fide officer, employee, or other authorized representative of (i) Any employer subject to the jurisdiction of the agency or (ii) any employee organization; or

(b) An individual or their authorized representative.

(2) Except where the information is already listed in the agency's docket records for the particular case, a person appearing in a representative capacity shall file and serve a notice of appearance listing the representative's name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
