What information about me will be shared with others if I am offered services in the community protection program?

(1) If you are offered services in the community protection program, the division will give information about you and your community protection issues to:

(a) Prospective community protection service providers; and

(b) Your current service providers.

(2) The division will not authorize any services without disclosure of your community protection issues.
