In this chapter, the commission adopts by reference the regulations and standards in Regulations to Govern the Preservation of Records of Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities, published by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) as the standards for records retention for community solar companies unless otherwise specified in these rules.
