Permits for parades on university streets and roads on the Pullman campus may be obtained upon approval of the university chief of police. Permits for parades on university streets and roads at the Everett, Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Vancouver campuses may be obtained upon the approval of the person identified by the specific campus, as set forth on the list of approving authorities available on each campus's website. Notification of the university's office of compliance and risk management is required in accordance with WAC 504-35-022.

Parades must be scheduled so as not to interfere with rush-hour traffic or with university events or activities.
