No individual may obtain, attempt to obtain, or use in a manner contrary to these regulations, a modified or counterfeit parking permit or a permit issued upon false information. A violation of this section includes giving a false name, address, and/or other information known to be false. It also includes the use of a visitor, conference, and commercial permit by staff or students. Violation of this provision constitutes the illegal use of a parking permit and is subject to issuance of a parking ticket.
