Tariffs and time schedules, withdrawing a filing.

When withdrawing a tariff or time schedule filing, an auto transportation company must submit a letter that includes the following:

(1) The name and address of the auto transportation company;

(2) Docket number of the filing being withdrawn;

(3) The name of the company's contact person;

(4) An explanation of why the company is requesting the withdrawal; and

(5) A statement certifying that the submitting person has authority to withdraw the filing on behalf of the auto transportation company.
