Security microfilm is for use only as a master for authorized film duplication. Security microfilm will not be removed from the state archives storage facility except for permanent return to the agency of origin upon a sixty-day notification by the agency or the division of archives. Any relocation of security microfilm must be to facilities meeting security film storage standards.
