WAC 415-112-120 through 415-112-156 codifies the department's existing interpretation of statutes and existing administrative practice regarding eligibility for membership in TRS Plans 1, 2 and 3. The department has applied and will apply these rules to determine eligibility for membership occurring prior to the effective dates of these sections.
