Purpose—Under age fifty.
These rules are adopted under RCW
41.26.115 to implement the provisions of RCW
41.26.130(3) and establish procedures to be followed by the applicant and the disability board in cases in which the applicant is under age fifty and believes that his/her disability has ceased.
