WAC 415-104-225 through 415-104-240 codify the department's existing interpretation of statutes and existing administrative practice regarding eligibility for membership in LEOFF Plan I and Plan II. The department has applied and will apply these rules to determine eligibility for service occurring prior to the effective dates of these sections.
