As used in this chapter, "record check information" includes any record of arrest and prosecution (RAP sheet) provided by the Washington state patrol and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation and any other information obtained by the superintendent of public instruction or designee as a result of the investigation of any data contained in RAP sheets.
