What does the DDD interpersonal support needs score determine if you are age birth through fifteen?

If you are age birth through fifteen, DDD uses your interpersonal support needs score and the following table to determine your interpersonal support needs level:

(1) Your interpersonal support needs score is 10 or more.
High

(2) Your interpersonal support needs score is a 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9; or
(3) You have an acuity score of 3 or 4 for one of the interpersonal support needs questions listed in WAC 388-828-3040.
Medium
2
(4) Your interpersonal support needs score is 1, 2, or 3; and
(5) You do not have an acuity score of 3 or 4 for one of the interpersonal support needs questions listed in WAC 388-828-3040.
Low
1
(6) Your interpersonal support needs score is zero.
