An enhanced services facility must have sufficient numbers of staff with the appropriate credentials and training to provide residents with the identified care and treatment needs. At a minimum the facility must have staff to provide:

(1) Mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment;

(2) Medication management services;

(3) Personal care, assistance with the activities of daily living;

(4) Medical treatment, including psychiatric;

(5) Activities;

(6) Social service support;

(7) Negotiated services;

(8) Dietary services; and

(9) Security.
