Can I appeal the decision about my ineligibility to take any DSHS test because of cheating?

If you are notified that you are ineligible to take any DSHS test because of cheating, you have the right to appeal the decision by using the adjudicative proceeding process in chapters 34.05 RCW and 388-02 WAC.
