Hearing record preservation.

There will be an audio recording made of all hearings conducted under the provisions of this chapter. Such recordings shall be preserved by the board in compliance with the current record retention schedule. Parties requesting a copy of any hearing must do so in writing. Parties may be required to reimburse the board for the costs involved in duplication.
