Board to schedule hearings.
The board shall schedule all on-site parole revocation hearings and shall provide notice to the alleged parole violator of the time and place of the hearing. Such notice shall also be provided to the department of corrections, the attorney general, and to counsel for the parolee, if known, at least seven days prior to the hearing. The board reserves the right to select and change the place of the on-site parole revocation hearing.
